Randolph County, IL, May 15, 2016 - A new website, http://Randolph21.weebly.com is being kicked off for Memorial Day Weekend. The website tells the stories of the 21 men from Randolph County that died in Vietnam as told by the newspaper articles published at the time of their deaths.
